We’d like to bring to your attention a very pleasant experience we had at your showroom. Your salesperson Mindy couldn’t have been a more pleasant person to work with. There was some confusion and misinformation in our initial purchase of some shower hardware (not with Mindy). She was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping us to return the incorrect item and purchase the appropriate items for our shower. Throughout the whole process Mindy was polite and understanding. We will be sure to ask for her assistance the next time we shop at Salem Plumbing.
