We wanted to highlight the efforts of Michelle Ritchie. In the middle of renovating 3 bathrooms, our contact point at Designer Bath was let go and then we discovered our order was not accurate. Michelle stepped in and took over, and went above and beyond to make sure that problems areas were resolved quickly and worked with us to get everything we needed to successfully outfit three bathrooms.
