Thank you for the help, attention and concern you gave to all my needs last Friday when I came in to purchase a faucet; but was locked out of my car in your parking lot! My pocketbook containing my money, credit cards, and, most importantly, my AAA card all in my front seat where I could not retrieve them! The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful and considerate – as well as efficient. Michelle too was most efficient, patient, and understanding in discussing my choice of faucets and taking charge of the sale of the faucet upon which I decided. The fellow who directed me out of the parking lot was friendly and helpful.
