We first worked with Designer Bath (Julie Carver) in 2010 when we needed an extra-large kitchen sink for our newly remodeled kitchen. Julie was very helpful and met all of our requirements — and with a friendly smile. Then in 2013 we again went to Designer Bath to help us with the remodeling of our main bathroom — everything was replaced, including replacing the old tub/shower (with shower curtain) with a beautiful modern unit with sliding glass doors. Julie was super!! She listened to us and then met all our requirements (cost, style, colors etc.) within our time schedule and provided very useful suggestions throughout the process. A key aspect was the responsiveness of Julie and her colleagues — all were quick to respond to our many questions!! Another very important point is that their display room has an extensive collection of many of the options we were considering — the touch and feel aspect was important for us — especially for the selection of the new vanity and the new toilet. We definitely highly recommend Julie and the entire staff at Designer Bath.

I went to a different bath supply company before going to Designer Bath & Salem Plumbing, and the difference was huge. I’ve dealt with several different people in the showroom, and all have been really nice and helpful. Their prices are also far better than the other place I went. They carry a nice range of brands so there are options at different price points. Be sure to check out their sale wall while in the store. They also do a huge sale one weekend in June (?). I got a towel warmer during their sale this year for almost 90% off!

There was some confusion and misinformation in our initial purchase of some shower hardware (not with Mindy).
