Salem Plumbing & Designer Bath was fantastic to work with on our home remodel. We completely renovated a kitchen, pantry, 4 full baths and a half bath and are thrilled with the results. Michelle R., our salesperson, was knowledgeable, through and creative, and an absolute pleasure to work with. She provided estimates and spec sheets in a timely manner, coordinated with our plumber on details and made great suggestions for products when we needed advice. I felt like she really enjoyed working on our project, which was an added bonus. The showroom at Designer Bath has a great selection of products for both kitchen and bath at a variety of price points. They do a great job of pulling together online links or catalogs for items that they don’t carry. Michelle even had the warehouse guys pull down a tub for our master bath from storage so I could take a look at it in person. Without a doubt we will be back again for our next project.
